Junior Boxing classes are designed to give kids a chance to develop their hand-eye coordination while having a blast in a supportive, family-friendly environment.
As the class uses non-contact boxing techniques, kids are given the best opportunity to enjoy learning a sports discipline as well as a well-rounded fitness experience.
